I got the chance to ride the Ducati Panigale 959 at Lakeside raceway for a session last weekend (thanks Phil!). What a great bike, I enjoyed every second of it. My video is attached below but here’s a quick break down:
Pros:
- Fantastic, linear motor
- Stable handling
- Solid suspension
- Narrow and light
- Easy to ride (shocking for a Ducati right!)
- Absolutely gorgeous
Cons:
- Easy to hit the rev limiter
- Ummm…not a 1299?
