Project Daytona

Well OnTheBackWheel is taking on a new project with a fellow rider, a Triumph Daytona 675. The aim is to make the bike track ready, yet still be able to be used as a daily rider.

We are looking at replacing the fairing (the current plastics are a bit tired and scratched), a new chain and sprockets, an engine tune, tyres, upgrading the brakes, crash protection and tweaking the suspension. It should be a lot of fun and we will keep you updated with all the changes along the way.

If you have some Triumph Daytona knowledge, pass it on! We are keen for suggestions and any help is always appreciated.

Expect an update next week along with some hi-quality photographs.

I’ll be making a new video soon and all going to plan, the Tuono will be hitting the dyno this weekend.

In the mean time, check out my Facebook and click HERE for my Youtube channel (make sure you subscribe too!).

Keep it OnTheBackWheel people!
